Reviews and Ratings
Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. However, the construction outside was quite disruptive, affecting the ambiance. While the service from the staff was mostly friendly and engaging, there were some inconsistencies. Dining was a bit disappointing as well, particularly in terms of variety and temperature of the food. On the plus side, the hotel has great potential thanks to its upcoming renovations and a friendly staff.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, where the staff were genuinely welcoming and the rooms had a luxurious feel. The spa facilities were a highlight for us, truly making the stay special. However, the overall experience was slightly marred by noise disturbances from other guests and some construction work happening nearby.
My stay started off on a shaky note with a mix-up in our room, but the comfortable accommodations and attentiveness of the staff helped redeem the experience. The noise from events happening in the hotel significantly disrupted our enjoyment, especially during the night. Overall, while the hotel has some charm and helpful service, the nighttime disturbances were a downside.
The Lowry hotel has some great features, such as spacious rooms and a lovely dining experience, but the recent renovations have left the atmosphere feeling less upscale. While the food, especially breakfast, was fantastic, the lounge area now resembles a budget bar, which detracts from the overall experience.
I had a fantastic stay with stunning views and a beautifully refurbished suite that was very stylish. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The breakfast was a highlight with a wide range of delicious options, although there were some minor issues with the dining area setup and room amenities that could be improved. Overall, great value for money, but a few adjustments would elevate the experience further.
